As an important industrial base, Golmud Industrial Park has abundant natural resources and has developed various industries such as oil and gas, metallurgical manufacturing, and new energy materials. However, with the rapid development of industry, the disorderly discharge of sewage has had a certain impact on the ecological environment. To solve this problem, the park has decided to build a sewage treatment plant and adopt advanced membrane structure technology to cover the sewage tank for treatment.
This project is the first domestic sewage tank capping project to adopt ETFE membrane structure. Compared with traditional materials, ETFE membrane structure has the following significant advantages: light weight, reduced requirements for supporting structures, weather resistance and self-cleaning ability: able to withstand harsh weather conditions while having good self-cleaning ability.
Wanhao project involves covering the secondary sedimentation tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, and pre sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant. The membrane structure covers an area of 5000 square meters and uses 230 tons of steel. During the construction process, ETFE membrane forms a stable structure through tension structure and inflation techniques, ensuring the efficiency and safety of the construction. In addition, the project also includes the construction of lighting and ventilation systems, further optimizing the operating environment of the sewage treatment plant
The successful implementation of the sewage membrane structure project in Golmud Industrial Park not only injects new vitality into the park's environmental protection cause, but also provides valuable experience for the construction of sewage treatment facilities in other regions. With the continuous practice of green development concept in the park, it is expected to achieve a win-win situation of technological innovation and environmental benefits in more fields in the future.
