This is the anti epidemic measures vigorously promoted by the Rome Institute of infectious diseases, aiming to isolate suspected patients in time, prevent cross infection, and expand the scope of screening and observation. In this way, suspected patients will go directly to the tent for examination; if confirmed, they will be taken to the infectious disease ward according to the specific isolation route without contacting other departments of the hospital.

In fact, the shelter hospitals in Wuhan of our country also use a large number of membrane tents. Only in Italy, the air rib membrane structure tents are mostly used, and in China, the tension membrane structure tents are mostly used.

Of course, this is not a strictly infectious disease hospital, but only a testing and triage department. However, it is believed that with the continuous progress of engineering technology, membrane structure will be more widely used in the field of emergency rescue.
