The employees of Wanhao Space Structure went to Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center PTFE Facade Mesh Membrane Project to learn and exchange

  In order to better serve the construction staff, strengthen the overall coordination between the various departments of the company, and deepen the employees’ understanding of the company’s business and construction projects, on April 23 and 24, Wanhao Space Structure organized a collective study tour for the employees. The PTFE membrane structure project of Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center Phase I, District B Conference Center, undertaken by our company.

  After arriving at the construction site, the person in charge of the project department first warmly welcomed the visiting colleagues, and then introduced the project department’s project overview, internal management, organizational structure, external coordination, and the next phase of work priorities and difficulties. Of employees have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the operation and management of the project department.

  Then, the person in charge of the project took everyone to visit the construction site and introduced some professional knowledge of the project to everyone in combination with on-site construction.

  Finally, I also took everyone to experience the on-site construction and let everyone feel the hardship and difficulty of the construction site.

  The visiting colleagues listened carefully to the process explained by the relevant staff; felt the pride and pride of being a Wanhao member, and also felt the hardship and difficulty of the construction site. Everyone said that they will do more and learn more in the future work. Own professional skills, strive to grow into an excellent Wanhao person, and contribute to the company's sustained, stable and healthy development.
