In the name of love, light up the happy world of Silk Road!

Recently, the ETFE membrane structure project of Xi 'an Silk Road Tower built by Wanhao Spatial Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully completed. As the first Silk Road cultural theme park in China, the Silk Road Joy World has always maintained its popularity since its trial operation. The park has seven cultural theme blocks along the Silk Road, a number of domestic and foreign amusement equipment and many cultural IP. The amusement impact brought by such a "joy fortress" has attracted many tourists. Today, the landmark building of the happy world of the Silk Road, "Tower of Love", has been officially lit on the night of the Chinese Valentine's Day, and the tower of Love has integrated the concept of "humanization, three-dimensional and artistic" into the design to realize the effective interconnection between various scenic spots in the park.

Xi 'an Silk Road - Tower of Love is a landmark building dedicated to the characteristics of the park itself, so that the park has a memory point and uniqueness. As the highest steel film structure building in Northwest China, with a height of 139.21 meters, this "steel film art" can be seen from a distance. "The world says I love Chang 'an, in fact, only love Chang 'an", love is always the mission and power of human beings, the tower of love is not only a tower, but more like a ballet dancer dancing under the stars, coupled with the transparent ETFE membrane structure, like the dancer's veil, in the moonlight is more intelligent and beautiful. It is not only a meaningful love, but also a loud declaration of the brilliant "Belt and Road".

Project overview

Xi 'an Silk Road-Tower of Love consists of four parts: tower body, streamer, skirt and Mobius ring. The tower body is composed of a two-way rhomboid mesh interwoven combination, the spiral hyperbolic streamers rotate upward from the tower body and diverge, and the exterior is covered with ETFE cable membrane structure, and the shape rises and spirals upward. The skirt is arranged radially by the hyperboloid truss, and the cornice of the truss is composed of a combination of musical notes, and the whole is covered with ETFE cable membrane structure. The top is closed with a complex Mobius ring shape, and the surface is mounted with a dynamic LED screen. Function and art are equal, creating dancers of the night

After the completion of the Silk Road Tower, the main light show will be presented in three parts: ribbon, skirt and Mobius ring. In order to better effect, the Silk Road Happy World chooses to image in an irregular area and enhance the display effect by presenting in a ribbon. It seems that each has its own characteristics, but it is a unified one. While the lighting is beautiful, it is accompanied by music, and the four seasons chapters made by digging the rhythm of the four seasons are played from the tower in a scattering way, surrounding the whole tower and the tower, and also the Silk Road culture runs through the light show.

As a space carrier integrating landmark, landscape, history and human collection, the Silk Road-Tower of Love is not a single performance of the paradise value, but a more diversified externalization of the spiritual core of the building. In the future, the Silk Road Tower will also combine new media and new technologies to carry more technical, cultural and artistic values for the city.
