The Australian Hope Island Tennis Center, built by Wanhao, has completed the assembly and welding of the main steel structure at this stage, and the steel volume of the project is 1160 tons. After the factory processing was completed in the early stage, the first pre-assembly work was carried out, and successfully passed the acceptance of overseas owners and general contractors.

With the help of coordinate drawings and layout drawings, the factory laid out the shaft network on the site plane, printed the overall layout of the truss, accurately controlled the appearance and diagonal size of the main truss, and positioned the arch control point, and finally ensured the assembly accuracy. The smooth completion of the pre-assembly provided data support and construction samples for subsequent manufacturing and construction.

The roof of the tennis center is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane structure, with an area of 14,500 square meters. Because of its excellent durability, self-cleaning and aesthetics, PTFE membrane has gradually become the preferred shade and rain shelter solution for sports venues such as basketball courts and tennis courts.
