Hangzhou Boduo Sengu is an industrial park built with "milk tea" as its main business. The high-rise buildings are located in the four directions in a surrounding and embracing form. A canopy is built in the atrium area of the four high-rise buildings. This canopy will be used as a commercial roof in the future. The canopy is based on the theme of tea mountains, with peaks and valleys unique to tea mountains, stacked layer by layer, staggered and orderly, and the valleys are winding and curved, just like the riverside water town in the south of the Yangtze River.
At the Hangzhou Boduosen Valley ETFE project site, Wanhao workers are making steady progress. The construction of the ETFE air pillow corridor canopy is advancing smoothly, with the steel structure assembly, welding, and painting now completed. The site has entered a phase of accelerated construction, and workers are collaborating efficiently to ensure timely completion。
Introduction to ETFE Membrane Materials.ETFE, short for Ethylene-Tetrafluoroethylene, is a high-performance fluoropolymer material. It is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, first developed in the 1970s by NASA and DuPont for aerospace applications. ETFE flim are known for their exceptional properties, such as high strength, flexibility, and transparency. They are often referred to as "soft glass" due to their excellent light transmission and mechanical properties.
ETFE membranes offer a range of outstanding characteristics. They are highly transparent, allowing excellent light transmission, which makes them ideal for architectural applications where natural light is desired. Additionally, ETFE membranes are extremely durable, with high resistance to weathering, UV radiation, and chemical corrosion. Their self-cleaning properties mean that they require minimal maintenance, as dirt and grime can be easily washed away by rain.
