The corridor canopy of Jiangdong New Campus of Hainan Medical college First Affiliated Hospital, constructed by Wanhao, has been completed. The project has a span of 28 meters and an elevation of 30 meters, and is divided into 35 truss combinations distributed in three locations. The roof is made of white PTFE film material, and the PTFE film has an unfolded area of about 4500 square meters. The overall shape is a continuous undulating wave shape, and the design scheme adopts the creative idea of waves, which is in line with the local geographical location.
The steel structure, as the foundation of the skylight, requires very high installation accuracy. Moreover, due to the limited space of the hospital corridor, multiple trades are interspersed for construction at a height of 30 meters, and the lifting and installation space is very small, which greatly tests the construction skills and experience. The Wanhao team successfully completed the steel structure constructionwork on the premise of ensuring quality and efficiency, which also proves the iron army spirit of people not giving up, not giving up, daring to innovate, and daring to fight hard battles. Moreover, the steel structure technology of this project has also made a significant contribution toWanhao's implementation in this field.
PTFE, known as Polytetrafluoroethylene, is a versatile material with exceptional properties.
