The Ruili International Culture and Sports Center construction project is located between Guangmu Road, Mengmao Avenue, CG3 Road, and CZ3 Road in Ruili City. The project covers an area of 248.42 mu (approximately 165,613 square meters), with a total construction area of 109,462.14 square meters, including 73,051.84 square meters of above-ground construction area and 36,410.30 square meters of underground construction area. It is the largest comprehensive cultural and sports venue in Ruili City.

PTFE membrane material is made of glass fiber as the fabric base material through a unique processing technology. Its grid coating technology is to increase the yarn grid spacing of the glass fiber base material, impregnate it with PTFE emulsion, and then apply PTFE films on both sides. The PTFE membrane material has high initial pre-tension, high flatness after tensioning membrane, and excellent appearance effect. Even without cables, the span of the membrane unit can easily reach about 5 meters.

Under the construction of Zhejiang Wanhao Company, the Ruili International Culture and Sports Center adopts a "lotus" shape, with lightweight PTFE membranes forming lotus petals as the expression form, creating a set of unified and orderly shapes with rhythmic variations. The sports training hall and swimming pool located to the north of the stadium are like lotus leaves, floating naturally. From a distance, the stadium looks like a blooming water lily by the Ruili River.
