ETFE film has good tear resistance, flexibility, high light transmittance, and lightweight, which can greatly save the cost of supporting structures and foundation engineering. Its air cushion structure has good thermal insulation performance and can effectively regulate indoor temperature. In the exhibition and trade city project, ETFE air cushion film is applied to the exterior facade and some roofs of buildings, covering an area of over 30000 square meters. The application of this film material not only makes the exterior of the building more transparent and modern, but also provides sufficient natural lighting for the interior of the building, reducing energy consumption.

PTFE membrane material is known for its excellent durability, weather resistance, and self-cleaning properties. It can maintain stable performance under extreme weather conditions, has a long service life, and is not easily contaminated with dust and dirt on the surface, with low maintenance costs. PTFE membrane material has high strength and can withstand large loads, making it suitable for large-span building structures. In this project, PTFE membrane material covered over 100000 square meters of roofs. It is combined with ETFE air cushion membrane, which not only enhances the overall aesthetics of the building, but also improves its practicality and functionality.

The main structure of the exhibition hall is made of all steel, and the roof truss adopts the "arc-shaped steel pipe+cantilever wing" method. The supporting columns adopt the "hinged pipe column+cable" structure, presenting the design concept of "wingspan ambition". During the construction and installation process, wanhao project team worked closely with other bidders to overcome many technical difficulties. Such as the special nature of ETFE+PTFE membrane structure, extremely high construction accuracy is required. The construction team adopted advanced BIM technology for design and construction simulation, ensuring precise coordination between membrane materials and steel structures. At the same time, in order to ensure the installation quality of the membrane material, the construction personnel received strict technical training and adopted professional installation equipment and processes.
