The winners of the 2024 Architecture MasterPrize have been announced. Many well-known design institutions from around the world, including Zaha Hadid Architect, Perkins&Will, Aedas, etc., participated in this award, covering public facilities, residential, commercial, hotel, interior and other fields.

After intense competition and strict evaluation by the jury, the "Xiangyang National Sports Center Project" designed and completed by Zhongnan Construction Institute won the 2024AMP American Master Architect Award for Architecture Design - Other Architecture Category Award.

The Architecture MasterPrize (AMP), formerly known as the AAP Architecture Prize, was established in 2015 and will be the 9th edition in 2024. The awards are one of the most prestigious in the industry and set a new benchmark for the global architecture and design industry. AMP celebrates the world's best and most creative architecture, interior and landscape projects, showcases and promotes outstanding design talent, and highlights the importance of the art and science of architecture in enriching our daily lives. AMP has also created a Product Award and Best Practice Award to recognize the best designers and manufacturers of building products and the best practice. The Master Architect Award aims to be one of the most respected awards in the industry, showcasing the amazing talent and vision displayed by architects around the world. The award-winning projects of this Master Award include many well-known projects at home and abroad, such as "Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center" and "Sanxingdui Museum".

The total area of the project is 148,800 square meters, and the total construction area of the first phase is 138,900 square meters, including 40,000 square meters of 40,000 square meters of scale B medium-sized stadium, 33,000 square meters of national fitness center and 64,500 square meters of sports facilities, of which the membrane structure is contracted by Wanhao space structure, and the PTFE membrane is a total of 21,000 square meters.

The project adopts the design concept of "floating clouds, dancing and exhibiting elegance", integrating the architecture with the park landscape to create an unusual sports experience.
