The Seventh Second Council Meeting and the Seventeenth National Space Structure Technology Exchange Conference hosted by the Space Structure Branch of China Steel Structure Association and undertaken by Guilin University of Technology and Beijing University of Technology on May 14-16, 2021 were successfully held in Guilin. 569 representatives from all over the country attended the meeting.

The closing ceremony was presided over by Sun Guojun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Space Structure Branch. Wu Jinzhi, secretary-general of the branch, introduced the selection methods of the "Technology Innovation Award" and "Innovative Talent Award" of China Steel Structure Association and the review process, and announced the list of winners.
